Tidioute Community Charter School CEO: Dr. Doug Allen
TCCS is proud to have Dr. Doug Allen as our CEO. A graduate of Penn State University, Dr. Allen brings a background of rich experience to our community. Entering the field of education as a high school teacher he served five years before moving on to serve as assistant principal and principal with kindergarten through 12th grade experiences. Dr. Allen has led as a Director of Curriculum and then Superintendent for two districts. In addition to public education, Dr. Allen has made a mark on higher education serving as both an adjunct faculty member at the university level and as Dean of Education at a career college. Dr. Allen, in collaboration with the Board of Trustees and staff, is committed to making TCCS the best small school in Pennsylvania.
